Our Home Staging Program
You don't need to wonder about where to invest some time and money in preparing your home for market - we can help you make those decisions to maximize the return on your investment. We have three levels of service in our Home Staging Program:
One hour consultation: $80.00. We will walk through your home with you and point out the changes you should consider making in order to ready your home for sale.
Complete Home Consultation & Staging Plan: $250. We provide you with a written report that identifies suggested changes and provides a check list for staging each room of your house.
Implementation of the Staging Plan: Fee varies according to complexity of the Plan. An hourly rate of $80.00 is charged for all time spent on the project to completion. If you engage us to carry out the full Staging Plan, we will use your existing furniture and belongings whenever possible. Any additional furniture and accessories required is at additional cost, as is any work to be compelted by outside contractors. We are happy to set up the work with our preferred contractors, if so desired.
